Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by we1won, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the we1won platform. Registering an account constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms stated here.

Member Eligibility

To register and use we1won services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age at least 18 years old at the date of registration
• Not a citizen or resident of any region where online gambling is prohibited
• Not on any self-exclusion list or any list restricted by a regulatory body
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person
• Not holding more than one active account at we1won at the same time
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

We1won takes seriously its responsibility to ensure this platform is only used by eligible adults. All registrations are subject to an ongoing verification process.

Registration & Account Verification (KYC)

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, active email address, and phone number.

Identity Verification Process

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 unless otherwise stated by a specific promotion
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within minutes
• We1won does not charge any processing fees for deposits
• Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account freezing

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or wallet used for the deposit
• The withdrawal processing time is within 3 hours for accounts that have completed full KYC verification
• Pending withdrawals can be returned to the account balance upon request before processing
• We1won reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals that exceed certain limits

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Program

All bonuses and promotions offered by we1won are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. These terms form part of this general agreement and carry equal force.

General Bonus Principles

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, IP address, device, or household unless otherwise stated
• Bonus value cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified bonus validity period
• We1won reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of fraud or abuse

Bonus Abuse

Game Rules

All games in the we1won Game Lobby are subject to their respective game rules. In all circumstances, results recorded by the we1won server are final and binding.

Game Fairness

All online slot games and table games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by recognised independent audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including we1won itself.

Technical Disruption

If a technical disruption occurs while a game is in progress, the we1won system automatically saves the game state. Once the connection is restored, the game will resume from the last recorded state. If the state cannot be recovered, the related wager will be returned to your account.

Prohibited Conduct

Use of the we1won platform is subject to clear standards of conduct. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account
• Providing false information or forged documents during registration or KYC

• Attempts to hack, manipulate, or disrupt we1won systems
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Communicating in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner toward other players or staff

• Conducting financial transactions on behalf of another person without valid authorization

We1won reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, against any user who violates these rules.

Account Suspension and Termination

We1won reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including:

• Violation of any provision within these terms and conditions
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or fraud
• Requests from regulatory bodies or law enforcement agencies
• Non-compliance with requested KYC verification procedures
• Bonus system or promotion abuse

In cases of termination due to a terms violation, we1won reserves the right to withhold account balances involved in the violating activity pending investigation. If no violation is proven, the valid balance will be returned to you.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting we1won customer support. Any valid balance will be returned once verification is complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we1won shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred while playing on the platform, including losses resulting from bad luck in games
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond we1won's control, such as natural disasters, global internet outages, or actions by authorities
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform

Our total liability under any circumstances will not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Amendments to These Terms

We1won reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes made will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

We will endeavor to notify active users of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains your responsibility as a user to review the latest terms.
